Consulting In-house support services represent a key-distinctive element of the approach and services offered by IP Works®.

Although IP Works® is able to, and does offer more traditional ad-hoc advisory and related consultancy services, a key distinction in its approach is to provide its specialist consulting services by working more closely and regularly along-side you, your business and its key personnel (e.g. CFO, MD, CEO, in-house counsel, Product Manager/team, Sales Manager/team, Marketing Manager/team & others).

Having worked at various times over his 30 year career in private and public sector in-house roles, Durham GRIGG as founder, Director & Principal Consultant of IP Works, recognised that all too often, more traditional external 'professional service provider firms' offer their services in a manner which is focused on their own business profit and delivery arrangements rather than those of yours as their client.

He decided it was time for a change!

• Consulting In-house Support Services are offered as one of the elements of IP Works® SMARTER TM consultancy services approach, have been specifically designed with you and your business in mind.

• Rather than focusing solely on how we want to do business with you, they are focused primarily on how you would prefer to do business with us! 

• They have been designed and developed and successfully tested with clients in Australia, by asking a number of basic questions, like:
• how & when do you want to receive consultancy service support;
• what sort of support you want;
• what is a 'fair & reasonable' cost for that support & and what range of cost and payment arrangements can we offer, to ensure that whatever agreed arrangement we reach with you - it will best suit your particular business requirements, and can be changed quickly and effectively as and when those particular business requirements change;
• if you simply need extra or specialist professional expertise capacity, why should it cost an arm & a leg to bring them on board? 
• why not deliver professional consultancy services in more practical - user friendly & effective ways - using available new technologies?
• why not co-ordinate & manage various external professional service provider inputs more effectively?
